Yes, we support customer-designed products and offer customization services.

Customization may incur additional costs, depending on the complexity of the design and any specialized materials or processes required. Our team will provide you with a detailed quote that includes all associated costs before proceeding with the customization.

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. We take great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of each customized order.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the shipping service you choose (FedEx, USPS, etc), and the weight of your product. Our shopping cart will give you all of your shipping options as part of the checkout process before you input your payment information.

We know that shipping costs are expensive and are working with our shipping partners to get breaks for you wherever we can.

We usually do not offer free shipping because we would rather charge you a fair price for your candy and shipping than mark up candy so high that it covers the cost of shipping. We do occasionally offer shipping specials, free shipping on specific items, or free shipping with minimum purchase. Free shipping is only offered for orders in the 48 contiguous states in the United States. Shipping times and carrier will be at our discretion for free shipping products/orders. 

Our shipping department packs each order with great care, but occasionally there are problems. If your order arrives with missing, broken or incorrect product, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation. Please keep the box, especially if it shows any signs of damage, so we can show them to the shipping carrier for a refund.

We ask for your email & phone number so we can contact you about any issues with your order. That is the only reason we will call you. We will never give your information out to anyone else.

Our products are produced in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province.

Our quoted shipping costs are for the carrier rates alone and do not include customs or additional in-country taxes. We cannot be held responsible for those fees.

And for bulk wholesale orders, we only accept wire transfer payments. Because the transfer rates for credit card and Paypal payments are too high.
